3. Approval Process: The exchange request will be reviewed by our team. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for eligibility. The product must be unused and untampered, returned in the original packaging provided by the customer.
4. Confirmation: After confirming the damage or incorrect product, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding the approval of the exchange or return. The exchange will only proceed after we receive the shipment from you.
5. Reverse Pick-Up: If the exchange is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please note that additional shipping costs will apply.
6. Processing Time: While our team at Layalokam will expedite the replacement process, the entire procedure, from pick-up to delivery of the replacement item, may take up to 21 days.
